New Process for Supervisors of P-14/Wage Employees

To ensure compliance with audit requirements for NOVA and VCCS, we must maintain an accurate employee roster. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to submit, in a timely manner, Form 105-021 for inactive employees.

Beginning Monday, August 12, 2024, if a P-14/wage employee does not enter any time for an entire pay period, an email will be sent to the supervisor to confirm the employee’s status. This will ensure that the roster contains only active employees. If a P-14/wage employee needs to be away for an extended period, their IT access will be deactivated until they return.
