Invitation to Serve on Your Campus Care Team

The Office of Wellness and Mental Health is pleased to announce that Care Teams will resume this fall and continue through the 2024/2025 fall and spring academic year.  Care Teams are a campus-based multidisciplinary group that meets at least once monthly for 90 minutes. The purpose is to build a culture of care, provide students a sense of belonging and to serve as a care network for students by providing support and resources. 

We look forward to engaging the Care Teams in more student case consultations this fall to address their needs and provide support and resources. We invite faculty and staff to consider this opportunity to support our students and the NOVA community.  

The Care Team meets in-person three times a semester (September thru November and February thru April). If you or another faculty or staff member are interested in learning more about how to serve on your campus Care Team, click here. To be considered for your campus Care Team please complete the Care Team Interest form for faculty and staff.
