New Email Address to Send Your College TV Monitor Requests

Did you ever wonder where those images on the College TV monitors come from? It’s magic! Okay, not quite, but they are put up (and taken down) by your friendly College Internal Communications team. We now have a dedicated email address, so you can send your slides or images directly, and we can put them up for you. Please follow a few simple guidelines and you will see them on the screens like magic!

• Indicate when you want your slide run (and include when you want them removed).
• The image should be properly branded and have clear contact information.
• You can even include a QR code so people walking by can scan that for more information.
• Submit your image in .JPG format, in standard HD (980p x 720p) or full HD (1920p x 1080p).
• Please attach your image to an email and send it to DMS@nvcc.edu.
