Final Reminder: Deadline for 2024 Mandatory Compliance Training Is Sept. 6

Attention College Administrators, this is a final reminder that the deadline to complete the 2024 Mandatory Compliance Training is approaching. Please ensure that you complete the attestation portion in Canvas by Friday, September 6.

As in previous years, this training is required for all associate vice presidents, deans, directors and associate deans. If you have already received confirmation that you have fulfilled this requirement, you may disregard this notice.

Upon completing the training, you will receive a completion badge and an email confirmation.

The recordings for all six compliance trainings are available in Canvas at 2024 Compliance Training Bundle:

• Session 1: FOIA, FERPA and First Amendment [2.5 hours]
• Session 2: Title VII (Discrimination in the Workplace and EEO [30 minutes]
• Session 3: ADA/ PWFA Student and Employee [1 hour]
• Session 4: FLSA and FMLA [35 min]
• Session 5: Title IX, VAWA and Clery Act [1.5 hours]
• Session 6: Student Grievance Process [1.25 hours]
