Canvas and EdTech Support Requests
Effective immediately, all Canvas and EdTech support requests must be submitted through the Canvas and EdTech Support Portal. Support tickets sent to: canvashelp@nvcc.edu and edtechhelp@nvcc.edu will not be processed.
If you have Canvas or EdTech questions after normal business hours, please check out our self-serve resources. You can also contact the 24/7 Canvas Support, managed by Instructure, using the “Help” button in Canvas’ Global Navigation (bottom left icon) for immediate assistance with general Canvas questions.
