The Mandel Grant team invites faculty and staff to a discussion on the importance of critical thinking in the modern workplace. We’ll hear from Mae Richardson, Director of Operations at a global nonprofit. Mae will share insights on the skills employers are seeking in today’s graduates, particularly in nonprofit fields.
This session is an opportunity to learn more about how LASS can better prepare students for successful careers and explore potential partnerships with employers.
Mae Richardson is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in strategic planning, gift solicitation, marketing, stewardship, donor relations and organizational representation. As director of operations at a global nonprofit, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this conversation.
