This will be a discussion on the importance of critical thinking in the modern workplace. We will hear from Mae Richardson, director of operations at a global nonprofit. Mae will share insights on the skills employers are seeking in today’s graduates, particularly in nonprofit fields.

Mae Richardson is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in strategic planning, gift solicitation, marketing, stewardship, donor relations and organizational representation. In her role at a global nonprofit, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this conversation.
