105-156 Access Requests Updates

To best assist with processing the backlog of Door Access requests (form 105-156) mentioned in the recent President’s Zoom Office Hours, we have researched all pending submissions and determined that around 600 requests were stuck in the approval workflow. In order to clear up the queue and catch up in fulfilling requests, we have purged all pending requests submitted before August 1, 2024. NOVACard Operations, with the assistance of the campus DCOs, will work on processing the remaining requests.

If you are still awaiting door access (physical key or electronic) and submitted a 105-156 request before August 1 , 2024 please resubmit your form.

The college is currently working on a new version of the Door Access Request form that will help alleviate these issues in the future.
