Coming Soon: Your New Front Door to IT Services

The Customer Engagement Unit of College Computing is excited to announce the relaunch of the NOVA Support Portal, where faculty and staff request support, services and access to technology assets. This initiative will focus primarily on your experience when navigating the portal. The new “front door”’ will be more user friendly and intuitive and accessible through the same address. More details will be provided in the coming weeks regarding the NOVA Support Portal relaunch.

College Computing will be presenting at the ACE Conference on Tuesday, October 15 during the Breakout Sessions:

  • Breakout Session 2: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Breakout Session 3: 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Zoom Webinar)

Please join us for a walk-through on how to access resources and to get answers to  your questions regarding IT procurement processes (software and technology purchasing, equipment inventory, tagging, etc.). The NOVA Support Portal will be relaunched on Wednesday, October 16.
