Coming Soon: Your New Front Door to IT Services
The Customer Engagement Unit of College Computing is pleased to announce the relaunch of the NOVA Support Portal where faculty and staff can request support, services and access to technology assets. The new “front door” will focus primarily on your experience when navigating the portal. It will be more user friendly and intuitive, and it will be accessible through the same address. More details will be provided in the coming weeks regarding the relaunch of the NOVA Support Portal.
College Computing will be presenting at the ACE Conference on Tuesday, October 15 during Breakout Sessions 2 and 3:
- Breakout Session 2: 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Breakout Session 3: 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Zoom Webinar)
Please join us for a walk through on how to access resources and to get answers on questions regarding the IT procurement processes (software and technology purchasing, equipment inventory, tagging, etc.). The NOVA Support Portal will be relaunched on Wednesday, October 16.
