CST Webinar: Navigating Uncomfortable Conversations, Oct. 24

The NOVA CST Marketing Committee will host a webinar on Thursday, October 24, at 6:30 p.m. “Protect Your Peace: How to Navigate Uncomfortable Conversations at Home and Work” will be held on Zoom. Speakers from multiple industries will discuss communications principles and conflict management techniques to help you level up your interpersonal skills at work and at home.

Hosted by Liliya Karimova, Jenny Lopez-Ramirez and James Steele, all full-time communications faculty at NOVA, this event will help attendees learn to identify the content and relational level of sources of conflict, identify conflict management styles (and how to apply them in real-life scenarios), and apply communications principles to difficult topics in both professional and personal settings.
