Students Visit National Museum of Women in the Arts

October 15, 2024 / Our Nighthawks

Students in Professor Bridget Pool’s Zoom Women in Literature class convened in person to visit the National Museum of Women in the Arts (NMWA) on October 5. Located in Washington, D.C., the NMWA is “the first museum in the world solely dedicated to championing women through the arts.” Students enjoyed making connections to themes from their classwork as they viewed spectacular artwork from all around the world and from a variety of time periods and media.
