Writing Effective Performance Evaluations

This workshop will focus on understanding Employee Work Plans (EWPs) and their role in performance evaluations. An overview of performance evaluation structure, the use of evidence and examples to support an evaluation and avoiding common evaluation pitfalls when writing and delivering the evaluation will all be covered.
