OER thru VIVA Open Course Grants
If you are trying to develop Open Educational Resources (OER) for your classes, Open Course Grants may be a great solution. In anticipation of the Open Course Grant cycle, which opens in November, you can explore various areas of focus. Visit VIVA Open Course Grants and last year’s application at VIVA Open Grants Call for Proposals to see what could work for your classes. The goal of Open Course Grants is to make textbook and course materials free to students by providing faculty with the resources they need to transition their courses and curricula to OER.
Stay tuned for more details about the deadline to submit Request for Proposals (RFPs) and more on NOVA’s grants process!
