Introspection’s Impact on Dialogue: Enhancing Conflict Resolution, Today at 10

Join Dr. Tanneh Kamara, student ombuds, Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities, to discuss Introspection and its Impact on Dialogue. This in-person course will be held this morning, from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. (NOTE: Corrected time). in Pender 4, Room 149. This seminar will focus on the role of introspection in developing emotional restraint, a key aspect of emotional intelligence. You will learn practical techniques to reflect and regulate emotion, helping you manage workplace crises, conflict and toxic stress with greater resilience. By fostering self-awareness, you’ll contribute to a healthier, more resilient workplace culture.

Additionally, the course will equip you with tools to enhance empathy and connect with others’ experiences. It is also an opportunity to strengthen your leadership and communication skills.
