Throughout the challenge, CommonHealth will send weekly emails with tips and mental health prompts to keep you motivated. After completing the challenge and submitting the survey, participants will receive a printable certificate and be entered into a prize drawing. Click here to learn more about the challenge. Let’s make November a month of movement! Questions?
