SDV-100 Task Force Issues Report, Recommendations
The SDV-100 Ad Hoc Task Force has completed its assignment and made recommendations to President Kress on:
- Compliance with VCCS policy
- Curriculum alignment within the VCCS
- Successful completion rate
- State-mandated content
We invite you to read the charge, the report and the recommendations, as well as the president’s response, in the Ad Hoc Committee Archive on SharePoint.
The task force reaffirmed SDV’s importance in connecting students to NOVA and preparing them for college success. We were inspired by our colleagues’ work in support of students as they navigate the complicated terrain of higher education. We also appreciated the opportunity to explore some of the perceptions of SDV and investigate what could further contribute to students thriving at NOVA.
