Join Us for Session 2 in the Emotional Intelligence Deep Dive Series, Today, 9 to 11

November 22, 2024 / HR News/Training

Join us to enhance your ability to navigate social dynamics and cultivate stronger, more productive relationships. Social Competency will focus on developing social awareness and relationship management—key components of Emotional Intelligence (EI). In this session, you’ll learn how to sharpen your active listening and observation skills, stay present in conversations and look outward to better understand and appreciate others. These skills are crucial for building meaningful connections and resolving conflicts before they escalate.

Strong social competency builds on the personal skills of self-awareness, self-management, and motivation. You’ll explore how people with high relationship management skills can connect with a diverse range of individuals, even those they might not be fond of. Through practical exercises and group discussions, you’ll gain insights into how to manage relationships effectively, fostering positive interactions and reducing misunderstandings.
