Excess Leave Carryover Information for 2024
Classified staff and 12-month faculty are eligible to carry over excess leave into 2025. Excess leave is defined as any leave above the maximum carryover amount as detailed in the charts below. The leave carryover request form will be available beginning on December 1, 2024. The leave carryover form should be completed no later than Friday, December 20, 2024. Excess leave must be used no later than July 9, 2025. Any excess leave remaining after that date will be removed from your leave balances.
