Reminder: SSC Prompt Pay Training, Rescheduled (Again): Now Thurs., Dec. 5

The Shared Services Center (SSC) Accounts Payable team will offer a virtual Prompt Pay/Receiving training that has been rescheduled (again!) for Thursday, December 5, at 2 p.m.

This training will highlight the essentials of Prompt Pay, including requirements, payment terms, disputed invoices, service invoices and COVA W-9s. The training is relevant to the entire VCCS community and will cover everything from issuing purchase orders to receiving goods and services and ensuring vendors are paid promptly.
