Jack Kent Cooke Undergrad Transfer Scholarship App. Open thru Jan. 9
The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship application is now open until January 9, 2025.
For the past several years, NOVA has been honored to have several JKCF Transfer Scholarship Finalists. Awardees receive up to $55,000 per academic year for up to three years to complete their bachelor’s degree at an accredited four-year institution in the United States. Finalists also receive individualized advising through the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, access to a vast network of JKCF alumni and other opportunities for leadership and service.
The application process is highly competitive, and in 2024 more than 1,600 applications were received. The applications were then reviewed and 459 semifinalists were chosen (of which NOVA had 11!). 60 finalists were then selected to receive the scholarship, of which NOVA had two 2024 finalists!
Each of NOVA’s campuses has a Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship point of contact, who can answer questions about the application process, promote the program and help guide students through the application. If you have students you believe would be contenders for this life-changing scholarship opportunity, please reach out to the following faculty and staff:
