This committee will work collaboratively from January 5, 2025 through March 21, 2025, to develop recommendations that enhance support for HSDE faculty in disciplines where high school dual enrollment accounts for at least one-third of FTEs.

The members will address critical topics, including:

  • Alignment with VCCS policies, school district contracts and accreditation standards.
  • Proposals to improve oversight and support for adjunct HSDE faculty.
  • Consideration of budgetary implications and funding sources for compensation adjustments.

We extend our gratitude to these committee members. Thank you for your willingness to take on this vital work.

We look forward to the meaningful contributions this committee will make to enhance the dual enrollment program. If you do have any early questions regarding the work of the committee during this initial stage, feel free to contact Director of Dual Enrollment, Outreach and Recruitment Malcolm Pace at MPace@nvcc.edu. We will make an early commitment to communicating the progress of the committee as we move along with this important work.
