Retirement-457 Account Transition

The 457 account transition to Voya Financial is now complete! In January 2025, your Virginia Retirement System Defined Contribution Plan introduced a new enhanced DCP website, powerful new plan features and a new recordkeeper, Voya Financial® (Voya).  Employees with either a Hybrid 457 deferred compensation plan or a Commonwealth of Virginia (COV) 457 deferred compensation plan, or both, will need to register their accounts with Voya. Registration can be completed online at dcp.varetire.org. Contact information, such as phone and email preferences, can be updated upon the Voya account registration. Employees can contact a Voya customer service associate at 833-625-0115, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (excluding national holidays) for questions related to the transition to Voya.
