Coming Soon: Version 2.0 of Your New Front Door to IT Services

You spoke. Customer Engagement listened. We have updated the NOVA Services Portal to provide a better user interface and navigation experience. The NOVA Services Portal v2.0 will be accessible through the same address and includes the following enhancements:

Reorganization of our Service Catalog from organizational to functional categories
Clickable ‘carousel’ of the most commonly accessed services
A more user friendly, intuitive layout
More clear and concise language to better direct you
Multiple ways to find what you need through powerful search engines

The NOVA Services Portal v2.0 will be available on Monday, February 3. We welcome additional feedback through Customer Engagement Help.
