The Customer Engagement Unit has listened to your feedback, and we have updated the NOVA Services Portal to provide a better experience. These updates primarily focus on user interface and navigation. The NOVA Services Portal v2.0 is accessible through the same address and includes the following enhancements:

reorganization of our Service Catalog from organizational to functional categories

clickable ‘carousel’ of the most commonly accessed services

a more user-friendly, intuitive layout

more clear and concise language to better direct you
