NOVA’s Employee IT Handbook Now Available (Correction)

Whether you’re an existing employee or new to NOVA, it can be a challenge to navigate the multitude of information technology resources available at the college. We have created a new IT handbook that provides a one-stop shop for NOVA’s IT resources.

The Employee IT Handbook (corrected link) on the NOVA Services Portal provides a comprehensive overview of NOVA’s information technology for employees. It features links to step-by-step how-to articles on common actions such as:

• Changing or resetting your myNOVA (VCCS) or NVCC password
• Taking professional development courses, workshops, and training
• Collaborating using Microsoft Teams
• Requesting college hardware or software
• Getting services and support from the NOVA Services Portal
