Step Into Heart Health with Walk With Ease!
As we observe Heart Health Month, let’s take meaningful steps toward keeping our hearts strong. Consider joining your colleagues for the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) Walk With Ease Challenge. Your heart beats about 100,000 times a day, working tirelessly to keep you going. Isn’t it time to show it some love?
