Register Today for Walk With Ease!
Did you know that according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), over 54 million adults in the United States have arthritis? That’s nearly one in four adults facing daily challenges with joint pain and mobility. But here’s the good news: you can take proactive steps today to protect your current and future joint health.
The Walk with Ease program, kicking off Feb. 24, offers a unique opportunity to invest in your long-term health. While originally developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this evidence-based program delivers benefits that extend far beyond arthritis management. Whether you currently experience joint issues or want to prevent them, Walk with Ease provides a structured, supportive approach to building a sustainable walking routine.
