PLOMS Accessibility Presentation: Feb 18 and 21

Join Maureen Madden, NOVAOnline accessibility liaison and instructional designer; and Indigo Eriksen, interim director for an informal “Listen and Learn” virtual presentation about universal design and accessibility. There will be time for questions. 

This resource will give you an opportunity to investigate different methods for addressing inclusion and accessibility while applying presentation, language, options, measurement and support, also known as the PLOMS model to your courses.

Why it matters: PLOMS is a design module that addresses these five critical aspects of teaching while also addressing inclusion and accessibility. Course design should be clear and provide options. Course design should be welcoming and inclusive.
