Join us for the “Couch to 5K, Your Way” wellness event!
Ready to move your way? The Center for the Advancement of Teaching Excellence (CATE) and the Office of Employee Wellness and Wellbeing (OEWW) are teaming up to bring you a fun, flexible, empowering fitness program!
What you need to know:
- When? Starts today, Feb. 24, and wraps up during our Spring 2025 Walk Week (April 7-11)
- How? Participate virtually or in person—your choice!
- What? A six-week program designed to take you from a low activity level to completing a 5K, your way! Walk, jog, skate, swim, climb—whatever moves you!
- Kick-off: Join the Zoom to learn more, including recommendations on how to adapt the program to your preferred mode of movement.
