Fifty Students Enjoy Skiing at Wintergreen!

NOVA’s Outdoor Recreation Program kicked off its inaugural outdoor activity on Friday, Feb. 21, with a trip to Wintergreen Ski Resort. We were thrilled to host 50 students, from all six campuses, who joined this incredible outing marked by joy and camaraderie, community and connection.

This trip embodied our Recreation Department’s core priorities: Building community, enhancing engagement and improving the student experience. This was a fantastic opportunity for students to engage, connect and enjoy the beautiful outdoors, and we look forward to offering more opportunities like this in the future.

We are excited to continue fostering a vibrant and active community through our outdoor programs!
