Did you know that celebrating is good for your brain? Celebrate your colleagues who won the recent TimelyCare registration contest. Remember, we all win when we take care of our health!

NOVA’s Office of Employee Wellness and Wellbeing (OEWW) is pleased to continue to share the many TimelyCare services available to our NOVA community. Previously, we provided more details on TimelyCare’s TalkNow (24/7 mental health support). Today, we’re highlighting free mental health support through TimelyCare’s Scheduled Counseling. Employees are offered three free visits per contract calendar year (Please note:- benefited employees can also receive four free counseling sessions with EAP).
