Have you ever wanted to learn how to design engaging online courses but didn’t know where to start? Are you a seasoned faculty member looking to refine your skills and share your innovative course designs with peers? If so, this bootcamp is for you!

Join us from March 17-21 for our Online Course Design Bootcamp. Each day is a stand-alone session featuring hands-on workshops, deep-dive sessions and collaborative activities. You are welcome to attend any or all days, each tailored to empower you with the skills needed to create dynamic and effective online learning environments.

  • Day 1: Canvas for Course Design. Master Canvas to enhance course structure and student interaction.
  • Day 2: Framework Foundations. Explore foundational frameworks to support effective online learning.
  • Day 3: Assessment Architects. Design and align assessments with educational goals for meaningful student evaluations.
  • Day 4: Engagement Essentials. Implement strategies to boost student engagement and participation.
  • Day 5: Showcase and Synthesize. Engage in one-on-one sessions with experienced designers and showcase your course designs to your peers.

Why it matters: This Bootcamp offers a mix of workshops, hands-on activities and expert guidance, ensuring you leave with practical tools and fresh ideas. Some participants may qualify for a stipend. Complete all five days of the Bootcamp and the Canvas coursework to receive an accredited badge demonstrating your expertise.
