Fab Lab Seeks Faculty Collaborators

The Manassas Campus Fab Lab is seeking faculty collaborators to expand the integration of lab resources into coursework at the college. Faculty from any discipline are welcome to apply for a $1,000 stipend alongside a small materials budget to help them develop new course materials that utilize Fab Lab resources.

Key Details:

• Faculty may be from any discipline
• Faculty will develop materials to either a) teach a portion of a class at the lab, utilizing its resources during instruction or for a student project; or b) develop a course module or hands-on activity that integrates design thinking into their teaching.
• Faculty should apply here by March 21 with a brief description of their proposed idea.
