National Nutrition Month®: Practical Strategies for Meaningful Family Mealtimes

March 13, 2025 / Get Well

Our 2025 theme for National Nutrition Month, Food Connects Us, highlights the important role food plays in our health, culture and relationships. Last week, the Office of Employee Wellness and Wellbeing (OEWW) invited you to [re]connect with your food by learning more about where your food comes from and how to prepare nutritious meals at home. This week, we encourage you to consider moving toward a healthier lifestyle by:

  • exploring the rich connection between cooking, food and culture and
  • seeking professional nutritional guidance

So, what are the related action items for this week?

Action Item 2: Seek Professional Guidance
