As we approach week four—what an achievement! By now, walking has become a regular part of your routine. Consistent walking supports not just your physical health but also boosts your mood, increases energy levels and reinforces a sense of accomplishment. So keep going! Week 4 is all about maintaining your progress.
This Monday’s Tip: Keep moving and stay motivated! Here are some strategies to maintain your momentum:
✅ Set a new goal – Challenge yourself by increasing your daily steps or walking a little farther each day.
✅ Make it social – Walk with a friend, join a walking group or listen to an engaging podcast to keep things interesting.
✅ Switch up your routine – Explore new routes, change your pace or add intervals to keep your walks dynamic.
✅ Track your progress – Celebrate milestones by logging your steps, time or distance in the Walking Diary.
✅ Stay inspired – Remind yourself why you started and keep looking ahead to our Spring 2025 NOVA Walk Week!
