Apply to serve on the ISSC or PSC!

Apply to serve a two-year term on either the Instructional and Student Services Committee (ISSC) or the Personnel Services Committee (PSC).

Review the open slots to see if there are vacancies for your campus and job classification.The deadline to nominate via the online form is Monday, March 31, at 5 p.m. Note that you can serve on a Forum Council and the ISSC or PSC, but you cannot serve on the College Senate and the ISSC or PSC.

• The ISSC considers issues that affect NOVA students, including those related to teaching, advising and other matters. Visit the ISSC NOVAnet page for more on the committee, the current roster and additional information.
• The PSC considers issues impacting NOVA’s employees. Visit the PSC NOVAnet page.

The College Senate’s Committee on Committees will review all applications and make selections. Beyond considering the committees’ position requirements, which are based on the College Forum constitution and bylaws, the Committee on Committees works to ensure a balance of new members and experienced colleagues among new appointees.
