Fall 2025 course materials adoptions are due TODAY
Course material requests/adoptions for fall 2025 are due today. Designated department personnel (not “all faculty”) must submit textbook and course material information through the bookstore adoption portal on NOVA’s website (sign in with your VCCS username) or indicate “no materials required.” (By policy, materials selection is coordinated through deans and associate deans.)
Bookstore personnel understand that the course schedule is not finalized. However, the information for the courses that have been finalized needs to be submitted to ensure that course materials can be acquired to support NOVA All Access.
If you have any concerns or questions about material adoptions, please reach out to your department dean, associate dean or campus bookstore manager for assistance.
Meeting these deadlines will help Barnes & Noble have all material on hand to support NOVA All Access distribution of course materials to students. More information about NOVA All Access can be found on the All Access website and on NOVANet.
