With the goal of student success and completion, NOVA has implemented several major interventions to better support students as they attain their goals. These practices are implemented on 2 levels:
- College-wide Practices – Initiatives led by the President and Administrative Council
- Campus-level Practices – Initiatives led by the faculty and staff that are implemented at the campus level
