Important update re ACEPrint
The previous Daily Flyer announcement here includes information about NOVA’s new ACEPrint program, how to get help if you need it and how to return Xerox supplies. In addition, here are two updates to this announcement:
Touchless release through the Pharos App and your mobile device is here! Instructions will be available on the website soon.
Automatic enrollment is here! Previously, enrollment in the ACEPrint software required department representatives to collect lists of information that was then used as part of the “chargeback” process.
The enrollment process is now automatic for everyone. For anyone currently in HRMS, and whenever a new employee is added in HRMS, once they receive a NOVACard, they will automatically be enrolled in ACEPrint based on their HRMS Department assignment. This means that the “budget code” a user sees on the ACEPrint screen may change in the next few weeks.
The “chargeback” process has been centralized. Monthly usage reports will still be sent to departmental points of contact, but please don’t be alarmed if you see a different department or budget code listed than before. With only a small number of exceptions, the department you see on the screen is correct and is a reflection of HRMS data and does not impact your usage of the print system or its charging mechanisms because of the changes that were made.
