Business Meal Procedure: Update!
Last week, we announced the new Business Meal Procedure accessible through NOVA’s Administrative Policies Webpage. See the Business Meal Procedure (314P) at the end of the list of procedures on this page. We have amended the procedure to allow end-users to have the option to solicit quotes and select eVA-approved external vendors. While of course you can utilize Surefire Catering or RNS for your events, that is not required. Please remember that selected vendors must be registered in eVA and procurement rules apply. Vendors must be registered as micro/SWaM (Small, Women-Owned and Minority-Owned business) or have an established state contract. See the original Daily Flyer story here.
