NOVA police are offering a two-day course for women in self defense. The program is being offered July 7 and 14 from 8-12noon on the Annandale Campus. It is taught by certified Sexual Assault Free & Empowered (SAFE) instructors. Participants must register and must be able to attend both days. To register, contact Officer Tony Ong, tong@nvcc.edu.
