Open Computer Labs and Learning and Technology Resources presents Fireside Chat: Information Technology Panel on October 15, at 5:30pm in room AA158 in the Bisdorf building, Alexandria Campus.
This is an informational panel and a networking event open to all students. Guests are NOVA graduates who are professionals in the information technology field. The networking event will have food and drinks. There will be a Q&A session after the panel is over. To get your questions in early tweet with #OCLFireSide

The summer projects have been coming along well. Work on the new lab is progressing fast and we hope it will be ready sometime early in the Fall semester.
Computer classrooms got upgrade, the Mac lab has new iMacs, the Cyber Security lab has new dual screen monitors and new computers, some of the other classrooms have new computers as well.
A couple of rooms got moved around, the Cisco lab has moved to room 417 and one of the other classrooms has moved from 415 to 420.
Great News!!! Open Computer Lab is in the process of replacing the existing computers in room AA428 and AA414. This is in addition to the new iMacs that are installed in AA444 and are fully operational. The newer PCs will be ready to go by the beginning of the Fall 2015 semester. NOVA continues to provide the latest technology tools to our students.
