Fireside Chat for Spring 2016

OCL FC SPRING 2016

This is our second one and this time we brought guests from various backgrounds.

Nidda Mehar graduated with an AS in Science from NOVA, BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She currently working as a Director of Marketing/Operations with Dynamic Home Health Care, Inc.

Dr. John Min has a Ph.D. in economics from George Mason University and an MBA (International Business) and a BA (Political Science) from George Washington University. He has worked in a variety of business and economics related jobs but had now settled in his favorite job as a teacher, currently working as a professor of economics at Northern Virginia Community College.

Zakir Mahmood is a Director at ICF International holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategy from the George Washington University (GWU); Masters of Science (MS) in Information Systems and Bachelors of Science (BS) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the George Mason University.  Zakir holds a host of industry professional certifications, to include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM); Certified Business Resilience Manager (CBRM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM); and Certified Knowledge Manager.

Open Computer Labs and Learning and Technology Resources presents Fireside Chat: Information Technology Panel on October 15, at 5:30pm  in room AA158 in the Bisdorf building, Alexandria Campus.

This is an informational panel and a networking event open to all students. Guests are NOVA graduates who are professionals in the information technology field. The networking event will have food and drinks. There will be a Q&A session after the panel is over. To get your questions in early tweet with #OCLFireSide
