Spotlight on Heart Health: Tips for a Healthier Heart
As February comes to a close, and we reflect on American Heart Month, it’s important to remember that heart health should be a priority all year round. Simple lifestyle changes can help prevent or manage heart disease. Here are some “tried and true” tips for a healthier heart today and tomorrow. 

❤️Quit smoking or vaping.

❤️Eat a heart-healthy diet.

❤️Get 7–9 hours of sleep.

❤️Manage blood pressure.

❤️Maintain a healthy weight.

❤️Reduce stress through meditation or deep breathing.

❤️Exercise regularly.

❤️Limit alcohol consumption.
