Main responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 15-20 retail associates throughout their daily duties and routines.
- Provide consistent guidance, safety training, tools, and equipment to empower those engaging directly with customers.
- Maintain our products, back stock, and store-front for daily show-ready appearance.
- Using your design skills, seasonal display beds, signage, and other
resources, create a customer-focused environment where people
consistently enjoy an excellent gardening experience on-site.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Driver’s License (required)
- 3-5 years retail management (required)
- High School Diploma/GED (required)
- 5-7 years nursery management (preferred)
- 2-4 year educational program (preferred)
- Equipment Operator (Skill)
- Landscape Design (Skill)
- Plant Taxonomy (Skill)
- Microsoft Suite/Apple OS (Skill)
Compensation: $45,000-$65,000
Benefits: Health insurance, 401K participation and paid time off.
