HIS 183 Survey of Museum Practice
HIS 187 Interpreting Material Culture
HIS 190 Coordinated Internship
Elective course
18 total course credits required for the Public History and Historic Preservation Career Studies Certificate
Courses can be taken in any order, except the internship will usually be taken as the last course.

All first-time students must take a one-credit Student Development (SDV) course prior to enrolling in their 16th credit at NOVA.
