Longwood University, BA in History with Certificate or Concentration in Public History
Marymount University, BA in History with Minor in Public History
Roanoke College, BA in History with a Concentration in Public History
Goucher College, historic preservation minor as part of a B.A. in history; also offers a M.A. in historic preservation

George Mason University offers an M.A. in Applied History
The University of Virginia offers a Historic Preservation Certificate in the Graduate School of Architecture.
Virginia Commonwealth University has a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation Planning.
Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University has a public history certificate option as part of the M.A. program.

University of Maryland offers a Master of Historic Preservation Degree through their School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation  There is also a 16-credit graduate degree certificate.

Eastern Michigan University has one of the country’s largest graduate historic preservation degree programs. The public history program at Loyola University Chicago also comes highly recommended.

There are several online options for a graduate degree in historic preservation o public history, but these might be pricey.
