Good news, NOVA Alexandria Campus!!

After a successful engineering inspection, the NOVA Alexandria Campus cafeteria will reopen TOMORROW – Thursday, 30 January 2020! Since it is brand new, the coffee bar has one (1) more inspection to go through before it is open. We’re hoping the coffee bar can open next week. Please stay tuned….

We have an exciting opportunity for NOVA students to help with the designs for graphics and artwork to add to the new café space. That information is coming soon!

Our official Grand Re-opening and Ribbon-Cutting event will be scheduled for late February or early March – keep an eye out for information!

Hello NOVA Alexandria Campus,

SGA Alexandria are planning a Textbook Swap Event next Wednesday (January 29th, 2020) at 1:30-3pm in the Student Lounge. Students can trade and swap their old textbooks and get new textbooks for their new classes. We are also collecting other school supplies like calculators.

The purpose of this event is to promote SGA and help students save some money on textbooks this semester. In order for this event to be successful, we need help to promote this event. We were wondering if you could help us promote this event, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello NOVA Alexandria Campus,

Thank you for your patience as we renovated the NOVA Alexandria Campus cafeteria.

We hope that the new layout and design will provide an enjoyable space for you to eat, work, or just be. The final occupancy inspection is tentatively scheduled for January 29^th which will allow us to then open for operation. Stay tuned for the new furniture that will be installed – hopefully in February. Once the furniture is installed, we think the new space will be even more inviting and plan to have an official “Grand Re-opening” event!!

Also, be on the lookout for information about an exciting opportunity for students to get involved with the designs for the graphics and art to add to the space.

Finally, I encourage you to complete the Dining Survey that is open until January 31^st to provide feedback on what you’d like to see for food on campus. CLICK HERE to feel out the survey.
