Come start the next chapter in your education this fall at the University of Mary Washington! UMW is hosting a Virtual On-Site Admissions event on Wednesday, October 28th.
This event is for students who are interested in our BA/BS or BLS programs, for the Spring of 2021 only. To participate simply complete our 5-minute application and upload unofficial transcripts from all colleges previously attended as well a final high school transcript at least 2 days prior to your appointment and have a current GPA of at least a 3.0. If you meet these requirements, you will receive an admissions decision during your appointment.
October Evening Information Session

At our Evening Transfer Virtual Information Session on Thursday, October 29th, I will be hosting a webinar from 6 PM-7 PM that will provide information about UMW, our transfer admissions process, and your next steps to begin your application for the spring term. Virtual open house will take place November 9- November 13, 2020. Prospective students will get a chance to hear from VCU faculty, staff and students. Also, there will be a virtual student resource fair that prospective students can attend. VCU Transfer applications for spring 2021 and fall 2021 are now open and students can begin applying today (students can visit vcu.edu/admissions/apply/transfer/ to view the transfer application webpage). The application priority deadline for spring 2021 is November 1, 2020. The application priority deadline for fall 2021 is March 15, 2021.
Applicants with less than 30 semester credit hours will not be required to submit SAT or ACT scores when applying for spring or fall 2021 transfer.
